Carla Muñoz is a seasoned human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in the HR field, including more than a decade in executive-level roles. She is a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, known for her commitment to implementing impactful strategies in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, career progression, succession planning, and strategic organizational planning.
Recognized for her hands-onapproach, Carla brings a comprehensive understanding of every facet of HR. Her broad experience enables her to identify organizational gaps and implement sustainable, long-term solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business success. As a highly engaged people leader, Carla is passionate about cultivating a culture of excellence across teams and functions.
Carla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In addition, she is an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner and has earned a Certificate of Achievement from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) for her participation in its Supervisor and Manager Development Program (SMDP).
Carla also contributes her expertise through board service with several mission-driven organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Lakes Region Housing Coalition, the Mount Washington Valley Job Development Coalition, and the Granite State Healthcare and Human Services Trust.
